Cinco de Mayo Par-tay - May 5th

Hi All,

Hope you're ready and gearing up for another great party!  We'll be hosting May's Cinco de Mayo party on Saturday, May 5, 4 p.m. at our place - address/directions to follow via Email.  We'll be serving up tequila cocktails and beer in honor of this great holiday.  As far as eats to bring, anything Mexican themed would be great.  We'll have the grill, stove, etc. ready for any last-minute prep/cooking.  Please let us know if you'll be attending so we know how much alcohol to purchase.  Can't wait to see you all!

Oh, also, we've decided to make this an adults only soiree so that everyone can relax and enjoy!

Good times.  first party is in the bag (and so was I).  Moving slow today but is was worth it.  Thanks D and Rach for hosting!

You all should have gotten an invite to post on the blog - if you have other photos, etc. have at it.

It starts

Alright, alright, alright.... So we decided to go with a Spanish theme for the cocktail party next week, that way we can have cocktails, wine, Cava (Spanish sparkling wine), and beer....everybody is happy!
It also works well for food ideas...Tapas Anyone?
My beverage ideas so far (subject to change)
Cava (sparkles)
Estrella Damm (lager)
Spanish red and white wines...maybe sangria
I'll also have vodka and gin for a couple of Spanish'ish cocktails I have in mind.

Drinks are taken care of here, looking forward to sampling everyones food.

Saturday wins in a landslide.

Tight race for weekend choice though - First Friday of the month wins narrowly.
